He won't be able to "step up" to 8s safely with the 1650 Kv motor. That carb shouldn't need a remote needle valve as it should have a high-speed needle on the side not shown. I never cared much for that carb as there should be a tiny screw that holds the brass disc in place which is the low-speed needle although it doesn't look like one. sky fnf sprite sheet
