WebBought a Flex 2 for my mom a few months ago. Everything worked fine until recently. According to her (she lives far so I haven't seen it myself), her device's lights won't stop flashing. One of the lights is apparently red/pink, with the others being green or white (not sure). Anyone knows what's up? I would try resetting the device a few times.
