WebJan 25, 2016 · Thi-vex is actually best suited to platinum silicones like Rebound, it's not actually all that effective with a tin cure silicone like Oomoo. Even using a brushable silicone like Rebound I would still thicken it once I'd done a couple of thin coats, or you'll spend ages making sure any edges in your sculpt are sufficiently covered with rubber.
