These terms govern your use of aileronstudio.com and the Aileron Studios platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Account Terms

You must provide a valid email address to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
One person or legal entity per account — no shared accounts

Acceptable Use

You may use Aileron Studios to build and deploy AI-powered chat widgets, automation workflows, and related services for your business. You agree not to use our platform for any illegal purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious content, or to attempt to circumvent security measures.

Billing & Cancellation

All paid plans are billed monthly with no long-term contracts
You may cancel your subscription at any time — no cancellation fees
Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period
Prices may change with 30 days' written notice

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the content you create, the conversations your chat widgets process, or the leads you capture. You may export or delete your data at any time.

Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom SLAs.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
